OUTLINE: Activity designed around the buying experience presented for Speaking 5 in Sunshine 3. In pairs, one student buys a custom outfit while the other designs their request.

  1. First explain or review the conversation in Speaking 5 lesson.
  2. Students janken to determine who is the buyer and who is the designer.
  3. The buyer describes their outfit using the new vocabulary from pages 80-81. The designer will then attempt to draw the outfit or their friend wearing the outfit. There is some writing space to help them keep track.
  4. Students then swap roles and complete. The words in the box are ranked from top to bottom, in the order I would use them. Everyone might use a different order so change it how you like.
