BRIEF OUTLINE:Students try to slip in a 'white-lie' when writing about their school trip.

 

 

MATERIALS NEEDED:

  • None

 

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

    1. After splitting the class into groups of four, have the students write about there school trip. However, somewhere in the writing they must include a fib.
    2. When they are done writing, one person from each group stands up and reads their paper.
    3. It is up to the other groups to figure out what part of the writing is a lie.
