BRIEF
OUTLINE: Students read an example conversation and then in pairs, make and practice their own.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

  1. Go over target grammar.
  2. Hand out the worksheets.
  3. Students read and practice an example conversation.
  4. In pairs, students make their own dialogue and practice with their partners.

VARIATIONS:

  • Feel free to change the conversation content to best suit you and your students.

TIPS/CAUTIONS:

  • I used some relatively native phrases in this dialogue that may require some explanation. It's not difficult, just noteworthy.
