BRIEF OUTLINE: Students review and learn new adjectives and then poll their classmates about different topics.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

  1. First, go over the adjectives and have the students write the Japanese translations on the blanks. Review proper pronunciation. Review the target grammar.  For example, "I think that math is boring."
  2. Then, have the students ask their classmates the different questions. Encourage them to ask different people and make sure they only speak English!
  3. After they are finished polling each other for 10-15 minutes, the students write sentences about the answers they received.
