BRIEF OUTLINE: This activity practices Past Progressive Pair work (was/were + verb'ing').

 

MATERIALS NEEDED:

  • PPP worksheet: There are three pages

 

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

  1. Listening - listen to the teacher and write the answer. Then, have students write sentences.
  2. Pair work - have students work together to fill in the missing information. Students use that information to answers the questions.
  3. Writing - have the students correct the mistakes.
