BRIEF OUTLINE: This activity is a worksheet to help the students practice past tense regular verbs and build correct sentence structure.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

  1. This is a straight-forward activity. Simply hand out the worksheet and have the students complete it.
  2. Walk around and answer questions. It's really that simple.

TEACHING SUGGESTIONS:

  • You will probably need to change the title of the worksheet to the appropriate time of the year you are using it.

TIPS/CAUTIONS:

  • On the worksheet, I wrote the phrase "3単現" (san-tan-gen). This is a phrase that my JTEs use, but it might be something that is a local phrase. It might not be widely recognized. If your JTE doesn't understand, I imagine they will say something immediately?
