BRIEF
OUTLINE: Students fill out their own answers to comparative questions.  They then survey the class and write about it.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

  1. Students fill in their own answers to the comparative questions.
  2. Check the answers and have students read their responses.
  3. In section two, students write their answers to the questions about the class and teachers.
  4. They then go out and ask 3 friends what they think.
  5. Finally, students write sentences about their friends responses.

VARIATIONS:

  • You can make the first section longer by taking a vote about the classes opinions.
  • If you choose to take a vote, the kids can write sentences based on the classes opinion in the last section.
